ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Your challenge Responsibilities You will be placed in our Allianz Trade Türkiye office, within the Department Commercial, in the Account Management team, where you will be responsible for Account Management Supervisor. You will be primarily responsible for the following activities: Managing relationship with the clients in portfolio with a customer centric approach as the ultimate target Provide all the support for clients in the portfolio for increasing policy efficiency Close contract with the clients, visits and calls, understanding the needs of clients to maximize customer satisfaction Renewal of the existing policies with optimum pricing and commercial conditions Maintaining the portfolio while identifing cross and up-selling opportunities for portfolio growth Coordination of other departments for client requests and conflict resolution You are the ideal candidate if... Bachelor’s degree in a related field of social science At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or client relations preferably in finance sector Good level of English both in writing and speaking is a must Good knowledge of MS Office applications Very good communication, negotiation, problem solving and presantation skills Strong working attitude through customer orientation Preferably completed military service (or postponed at least 2 years) for male candidates Active driver We utilize Artificial Intelligence powered tools and encourage candidates with a basic understanding of commonly used platforms, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.
