# Content Marketing/KOL Specialist

Responsibilities： 1.Build and maintain relationships with TikTok KOLs, media, and agencies. 2.Identify and expand a strong network of TikTok influencers. 3.Analyze viral competitor content and extract key takeaways for our marketing strategy. 4.Plan and execute TikTok KOL campaigns, ensuring quality content delivery. 5.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate TikTok strategies into overall marketing plans. 6.Negotiate contracts and manage KOL campaign budgets. 7.Track and optimize campaign performance based on data insights. Requirements： 1.2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in TikTok. 2.Strong understanding of the market and TikTok ecosystem of Vietnam. 3.Experience in competitor content analysis and applying insights to marketing. 4.Well-connected with TikTok KOLs and influencer communities. 5.Familiarity with TikTok analytics tools and performance tracking. 6.Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven. 7.Strong negotiation and communication skills. 8.Has the ability to conduct comprehensive analysis and create scripts 9.Fluent in English is a must, Chinese is a plus.
