New Graduate Analyst, Pricing & Quotation Operations About the Role Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in a global organization? We are looking for a motivated and analytical New Graduate Analyst, Pricing & Quotation Operations to join our team. In this role, you will support daily pricing and quotation activities, work with commercial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver competitive and profitable solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day pricing and quotation operations. Prepare and maintain pricing and quotation data in relevant systems. Review and validate commercial information to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. Support the implementation and execution of pricing policies and processes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business stakeholders. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and standardization. Help ensure compliance with company guidelines and commercial policies. Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects to support business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or a related field. Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to work with data and derive insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Internship experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, commercial excellence, analytics, or related functions. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools. Interest in data analysis and process optimization.
