General Manager - Enterprise AI

At Breakmark , we're partnering with one of the world's most exciting AI companies as they continue their international expansion. We're looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to launch and scale a country operation, leading the commercial strategy, building a high-performing team, and helping some of the region's largest enterprises move from AI experimentation to AI at production scale. This is not a traditional General Manager role. It's a rare opportunity to operate like a founder inside one of the fastest-growing AI businesses in the market. What you'll own Take full ownership of the country's commercial strategy, growth and P&L. Build the local business from the ground up, establishing the company's presence and becoming its executive leader in-market. Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives across large enterprises in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, utilities and other complex, regulated sectors. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiate strategic, multi-million-dollar commercial agreements. Recruit, develop and lead a world-class local team spanning commercial, technical and customer delivery functions. Work closely with global product and engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of enterprise AI solutions within complex client environments. Build strategic partnerships with leading consulting firms, technology partners and ecosystem players. Represent the business externally and ensure operations comply with local regulatory and legal requirements. We're looking for someone who has 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, SaaS, technology, consulting or a similarly fast-paced industry. A proven history of building and scaling commercial organisations while consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets. Bonus points if you've been a Founder. Experience leading complex enterprise sales with C-suite executives. Strong business acumen with full P&L ownership or significant commercial responsibility. The ability to lead both commercially and operationally, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A strong network within the local enterprise ecosystem. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous, though not essential.
