Job Description At DTA Mühendislik, we deliver cutting-edge Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Test-Based Solutions to leading industries, with a primary focus on defense, aerospace, aviation, and automotive sectors. We are seeking a dynamic Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take an active part in projects focused on vibration, acoustics, and fatigue analysis, and manage our end-to-end testing processes both in the laboratory and out in the field. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or Aerospace/Aviation Engineering, Ability to quickly and independently learn new engineering concepts, software, and testing hardware, Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and practical hands-on technical capabilities (test setup, mechanical assembly, etc.), Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, Valid Class B driver’s license with active driving experience, Completed or exempted from military service (for male candidates), Strong interpersonal communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a customer-focused approach, No restrictions on traveling (capable of traveling actively for field tests and customer visits), Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa. Responsibilities Data Collection & Analysis: Execute data collection, analysis, and reporting activities in accordance with specific test scenarios for vibration, acoustics, and fatigue projects, Field Testing: Take an active role in dynamic field tests conducted at customer sites or test tracks, managing onsite testing operations, System Assembly & Setup: Position appropriate sensors (accelerometers, microphones, strain gauges, etc.) on target structures; handle the physical assembly, cabling, and installation of test systems, Maintenance & Calibration: Maintain and track the periodic maintenance and calibration schedules for test systems, data acquisition (DAQ) devices, and instrumentation sensors, Continuous Improvement: Continuously develop expertise in vibration, acoustics, fatigue analysis, and structural dynamics testing methodologies.
