Site Reliability Engineer

About the job 🎯We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Site Reliability Engineer to join our Technology Department. What you'll do Prove guidance and expertise on system options, risk, impact and costs vs. benefits Develop automation code to deploy and maintain infrastructure and applications Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Security and Product teams. Install and configure solutions, implement reusable components, translate technical requirements, assist with all stages of test data, develop interface stubs and simulators and perform script maintenance and updates Keep up with metrics and use monitoring systems to provide the best performance, scalability and stability Shape and perform all systems management-related tasks like server bootstrapping, site build-outs, software rollouts and security patches including monitoring and alerting Deploy new modules and upgrades and complete fixes within the production environment. Troubleshooting existing information systems for errors and resolving those errors Give recommendations for enhancing performance, identifying the most practical alternative solutions, and assisting with modifications Who you are Bachelor's degree in a related field Min 5+ years experiences Extensive hands-on experience with Java application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic), Docker & Kubernetes and deep knowledge of DevOps principles Experience in log aggregation solutions such as Elasticsearch, Splunk or equivalents Experience in Cache Management such as Couchbase, Redis or Hazelcast Experience in distributed messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ Experience in Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic or Dynatrace Experience in monitoring and alerting services such as Zabbix & Prometheus/Grafana Experience in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems Knowledge in Automation/Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Salt (Preferly Ansible) Knowledge in IaaC tools preferly Terraform Knowledge in one of the following programmings: Java, Python, Go, and Rust Knowledge in JVM and java application servers (Tomcat, Weblogic etc..) Knowledge in network protocols including IP, TCP, HTTP, DNS, SSL Knowledge in CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Gitlab or Bitbuckets Knowledge in CDN such as Akamai, Fasty, Cloudflare is nice to have Knowledge in Load Balancing is nice to have As n11.com, we care about your Personal Data Security.
