# Java Developer

Innovance Consultancy

We are looking for a hands-on Java Developer who loves programming, architecting solutions, and solving complex integration problems, to work in a hybrid model at our client’s office. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s or PhD degree is a plus At least 4 years of hands-on Java development experience Experience in the banking domain Strong experience with the Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring Data Experience with Git and Maven Experience with unit testing frameworks Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, JPA, Hibernate, and PL/SQL Experience in RESTful API design, SOAP, and XML-based integrations Experience with BPM tools, particularly IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow), including workflow design and process-driven development Experience working on international projects or in multinational environments is highly preferred Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms Ability to communicate clearly with peers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts Ability to take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, anticipate risks, and raise issues proactively Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Nice to Have Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Bitbucket, and Gradle Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as SonarQube and Jenkins Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5 Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) For details: Visit: www.innovance.com.tr Follow us on LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/innovance-consultancy Follow us on Instagram: www.instagram.com/innovanceconsultancy Follow us on Medium: www.medium.com/innovance-company-blog Follow us on X: https://x.com/Innovance2017 Follow us on Threads: www.threads.net/@innovanceconsultancy
