Demand Planning & Operations Specialist

Join our global operations team as a Demand Planning & Operations Specialist and play a key role in demand planning, operational reporting, and import/export processes. Working closely with international suppliers, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the efficient execution of our global supply chain. In this role, you will support planning activities, coordinate operational processes, prepare reports, and oversee end-to-end import and export operations. Job Responsibilities • Support planning activities by analyzing sales, inventory, and order data. • Monitor daily operations and ensure processes are executed efficiently and on schedule. • Prepare regular operational, inventory, and performance reports. • Manage and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations. • Communicate and coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. • Monitor product inbound and outbound processes, shipment planning, and delivery operations. • Support the preparation and follow-up of import and export documentation. • Identify operational issues and contribute to solution-oriented process improvements. • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely and accurate execution of operations. • Analyze operational data, prepare regular reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain accurate data tracking and reporting through ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 2–3 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or logistics. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reporting and data analysis. • Strong analytical thinking skills and a passion for working with data. • Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic working style. • Eager to learn, curious, and able to adapt quickly to new processes. • Strong follow-up skills and a high sense of responsibility. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Able to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
