We are looking for a Growth Manager to help us scale our games and reach millions of players worldwide. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across AppLovin, Google, Meta, Unity, and other performance marketing channels Analyze campaign performance, including ROAS, LTV, and payback periods Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, market analysis, and channel expansion Work closely with the product, data, and creative teams to improve marketing performance Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new creative strategies What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing or user acquisition Hands-on experience managing mobile app campaigns Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making Strong command of written and spoken English Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for mobile games and growth
