Creative AI Video Designer

We are currently hiring a Creative AI Video Designer for our partner , one of Türkiye's leading electronic security technology companies with over 30 years of industry experience . We are looking for someone who can leverage the latest AI tools to produce high-quality visual and video content faster, smarter, and at scale. If you enjoy experimenting with emerging AI technologies, creating engaging content, and turning ideas into impactful creative assets, this role could be the perfect fit. 🚀 What You'll Do Produce engaging video and visual content for digital marketing campaigns and social media. Create AI-powered creative assets using the latest image, video, and generative AI tools. Develop content for advertising campaigns, customer testimonials, corporate communications, presentations, and marketing materials. Write and optimize prompts for AI image, video, and text generation models. Review, refine, and elevate AI-generated outputs to ensure high creative quality and brand consistency. Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to support campaign objectives. Stay up to date with the latest AI content creation tools, workflows, and industry trends. Help establish scalable AI-driven creative production processes within the organization. Occasionally participate in on-site video productions or customer testimonial shoots when needed. 🎯 We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience in graphic design, content creation, creative production, or video production. Is passionate about AI-powered creative workflows and enjoys experimenting with new tools. Has hands-on experience with tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Veo, Pika, Luma , or similar AI platforms. Is comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite , Canva, or other creative software. Understands social media content formats and digital advertising creatives. Has a strong visual eye and storytelling mindset. Can write effective prompts and knows how to improve AI-generated outputs. Is curious, fast, proactive, and enjoys solving problems independently. Has enough English to follow global AI trends, documentation, and new tools. Can share a portfolio showcasing creative work (AI projects are a plus, but not mandatory). 🌟 Nice to Have Experience in an advertising agency, production company, or in-house creative team. Motion design or video editing experience. Experience shooting and editing real-life video content. Interest in emerging AI technologies and creative automation. 📍 Location & Working Model Location: Türkiye (preferably İstanbul) Work Model: Remote but candidates based in İstanbul are preferred due to occasional face-to-face meetings.
