Position Summary We're looking for a Solution Engineer with food manufacturing experience and a strong technical background to join our İzmir team. The role combines practical knowledge of food manufacturing operations with experience in enterprise software, systems integration, and AI technologies to deliver effective business solutions. The focus is on understanding enterprise customers' operational needs, identifying viable AI use cases, and designing scalable solutions with SkyStudio. The ideal candidate has hands-on enterprise technology experience, a solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, and a strong IT foundation. Knowledge of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or AI-powered automation is a valuable advantage. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business processes, operational needs, and technical requirements for FMCG and food manufacturing customers. • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions, AI agents, and automated workflows using SkyStudio. • Translate business needs into technical requirements, solution architectures, and integration designs. • Design data flows and API integrations involving ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems. • Identify valuable applications of generative AI, AI agents, and automation in production, quality, supply chain, and related operations. • Lead technical discovery meetings, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) work, and implementation activities. • Collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, and customer IT teams during development and deployment. • Investigate integration issues, improve solution performance, and assess technical feasibility. • Prepare technical documentation, process diagrams, and implementation requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related technology field. • At least 4 years of experience in solution engineering, software development, systems integration, enterprise applications, or technical consulting. • Experience working at a food manufacturing company, preferably in IT, digital transformation, enterprise applications, or a technology-focused role. • Strong knowledge of enterprise software architecture, system integrations, and business applications. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, databases, SQL, or enterprise integration technologies. • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Logo, or similar ERP systems. • Practical understanding of food manufacturing processes and the enterprise systems that support them. • Ability to turn business requirements into technical solution designs and actionable implementation plans. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. • Good written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, or AI-powered workflow automation is a strong advantage. • Experience developing AI-powered enterprise solutions, intelligent automation, or agent-based workflows. • Familiarity with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI orchestration frameworks. • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages. • Knowledge of enterprise data architectures, cloud technologies, and integration middleware. • Experience with MES, production planning, quality management, or supply chain systems in FMCG environments. • Experience contributing to Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, or enterprise AI transformation projects.
