General Manager – Construction

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "General Manager – Construction" with below requirements for our Holding Company. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Construction General Manager or similar leadership role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent command of written & spoken English. Job Description Provide overall leadership and direction for construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Oversee the selection, hiring, and management of construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and others to ensure project requirements are met. Review and approve project budgets, contracts, and change orders. Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on project status. Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures. Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
