Quality & Food Safety Supervisor

We are looking for a Food Safety & Quality Advisor who will support the execution of food safety and quality standards across multiple retail sites. This role will focus on field inspections, supplier management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence. Description Field Operations & Inspections Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions Training & Standardization Support the implementation of standardized practices across all sites Deliver training and guidance to field teams and retail partners Supplier Management Participate in supplier audits and performance evaluations Ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions Customer Feedback Management Handle food safety and quality-related customer complaints Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolution processes Compliance & Reporting Monitor key quality and compliance KPIs Maintain inspection records and highlight recurring risks Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve operational processes Support initiatives aimed at enhancing food safety and customer satisfaction Supply Chain Oversight Monitor risks across storage, transportation, and distribution Ensure compliance with coldd chain and handling requirements Profile Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or similar roles (FMCG, retail, or food service preferred) Strong knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO standards, etc.) Experience in audits, inspections, and root cause analysis Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Fluent in English Job Offer Opportunity to work with a globally recognized organization Dynamic, field-oriented role with high exposure to operations Strong career development and learning opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package International standards and best practices environment
