We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand customer needs, analyze business processes, and translate requirements into clear specifications for our development team. Job Description Conduct business analysis meetings with customers. Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Gather and document functional requirements. Act as a bridge between customers and the software development team. Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria. Create wireframes and process flows when needed. Analyze existing products and propose enhancements. Work closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Prepare test scenarios and validate delivered features. Maintain and update product documentation. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in business process analysis. Experience gathering and documenting requirements. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Basic knowledge of SQL. Technical understanding of REST APIs and system integrations. Strong documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a proactive mindset. Preferred Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience using Jira. Familiarity with Figma. Knowledge of BPMN or UML. Experience with ERP or procurement systems. Experience working on B2B SaaS products. Experience with AI-powered products or solutions.
