We are seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to join our team and take a key role in delivering and driving ongoing data projects for one of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership, influence technical direction, and mentor others while building high-impact data platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure on integration tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all systems. Design and implement efficient data models and data management practices. Manage and optimize databases and data storage solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 3–6 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role Industry experience in insurance is an advantage Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must; PLSQL is a plus Strong experience with data integration tools is required; Informatica knowledge is preferred. Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data integration processes Excellent data management skills, including database optimization and data governance Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
