Are you ready to join us on this journey? What You'll Be Doing? Manage and follow up on export order processes from entry to completion, Ensure timely delivery of the correct products under agreed conditions, Collect and verify production, transportation, and financial data to finalize orders, Monitor customer feedback and take necessary actions, Act proactively to prevent potential issues before they occur, Maintain continuity of internal and external customer satisfaction, Collaborate with related departments to improve service quality, Work closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, ,and Warehouse teams, Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. Who We're Looking For? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management, Fluent in English (written and spoken), Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with SAP SD Module, No military obligation for male candidates, Candidates residing or willing to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul are preferred.
