Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Faculty of Law, Economics and Administrative Sciences, International Relations or related fields At least 4 years of professional experience, having worked in Compliance or Privacy functions Knowledge and experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI processes, and risk assessment methodologies Strong knowledge of KVKK and international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) Knowledge and experience with the OneTrust platform will be an asset AI and privacy related certifications will be an asset Strong analytical thinking, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Advanced level of English (written and verbal) Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and AI tools. How can you make an impact? Conduct end-to-end risk assessments of AI use cases in collaboration with the Data Office, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders throughout the process; evaluate outcomes from a Responsible AI perspective, define risk mitigation actions, and monitor their implementation Prepare management reports on AI risks in coordination with the Data Office Ensure compliance with KVKK regulations and Allianz Group Data Privacy standards by driving the achievement of DPO and DPP objectives; assess risks related to the processing of personal data, conduct monitoring activities, and track the implementation of risk mitigation actions across relevant departments Promote the consistent company-wide adoption of data privacy standards; coordinate the findings, breaches, risks, and actions, and escalate when necessary Deliver training and awareness activities on Responsible AI and data privacy processes, and track their completion across the organization Support the team in other compliance programs such as AML/CTF, customer protection, and other corporate compliance topics What we will offer you?
