Brand Communications Executive Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and commercial objectives. Coordinate marketing activities across digital, social media, PR, influencer marketing, events, retail, and CRM channels. Assist in planning and executing product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations. Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. Support PR activities by coordinating media requests, preparing communication materials, and monitoring media coverage. Assist in managing influencer collaborations, product seeding, and brand partnership initiatives. Coordinate marketing events, community activations, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activities. Prepare marketing presentations, campaign reports, and performance analyses. Monitor campaign performance, consumer insights, and competitor activities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage marketing calendars, budgets, purchase orders, and operational processes related to campaigns. Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Global Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand guidelines and corporate identity. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a similar role, preferably within the sports retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industry . Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, PR, influencer marketing, and event management. Experience working with PR, creative and media agencies. Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with marketing and analytics tools is an advantage. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
