As Dynamic HR Service Recruitment Consultancy, we are looking for Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality Engineer profiles for our projects in the defence industry. This position is designed for mid to senior-level quality professionals who will take active responsibility for product, process, and supplier quality activities within manufacturing environments. Purpose The primary purpose of this role is to ensure product and process quality, improve supplier performance, and support compliance with customer and industry-specific quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage product, process, and supplier quality activities Analyze non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and follow up corrective actions Contribute to supplier audits and supplier development activities Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality requirements Support compliance with customer requirements and relevant quality management systems Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline 4–8 years of experience in quality, quality assurance, or supplier quality functions within the defence or automotive industry Experience with AS9100 or IATF 16949 quality management systems Hands-on experience in product, process, or supplier quality activities Practical experience with relevant quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, FAI, APQP/PPAP, SPC/MSA, and structured problem-solving methodologies Ability to read technical drawings and good knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes Experience in non-conformity management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Experience Level Mid-Senior Level / 4–8 years of experience Location 📍 Bolu, Düzce, Sakarya, Kocaeli and surrounding regions
