Production and Material Planning Manager

For our client, a well-established industrial company operating in Adana, we are looking for a Production & Material Planning Manager to lead production and material planning activities. Client Details An organisation operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector within Adana. Description Lead end-to-end production and material planning processes, Develop and monitor production plans in line with customer orders, production capacity, inventory levels and material availability, Manage material requirements planning to ensure timely availability of materials and continuity of production, Proactively identify and manage potential material shortages and planning-related risks, Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and other relevant functions, Effectively utilize SAP in production and material planning processes, Lead, develop and coordinate the planning team, Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory optimization and on-time delivery performance. Profile A successful Production & Material Planning Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, Strong experience in production and/or material planning within a manufacturing environment, Hands-on SAP experience is required, Previous experience in managing planning teams, Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills, Ability to contribute effectively in a changing and developing organizational environment, Good command of English to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
