Modern Channel Sales Executive

We are looking for a 'Modern Channel Sales Executive' for our global client operating in FMCG industry. Job Description: Conducting regular field visits to maximize sales potential in the assigned region, driving the growth of existing sales volumes while securing new category and customer agreements. Achieving and monitoring monthly and annual targets for distributors, channels, and customers in the responsible provinces, and providing regular reports to the line manager. Developing and executing business plans aligned with regional goals and strategies, based on the sales volume, profitability, and turnover of distributors and customers. Executing regular field visits to understand customer expectations and needs, driving sales development initiatives accordingly, and establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers. Conducting field analyses of competitor products in the market and taking necessary commercial actions. Effectively managing the damaged/returned goods processes for both customers and distributors. Implementing and tracking trade marketing field activations. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, team leadership, and distributor management within the FMCG industry, In-depth knowledge of Modern Channel dynamics and an established customer network on the Anatolian side of Istanbul Proven track record and practical knowledge in customer segmentation, Strong strategic planning and organizational capabilities, Excellent analytical, presentation, and reporting skills, Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize sales and distribution budgets, Customer-centric mindset with highly effective communication and teamwork skills, Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned region, Professional working proficiency in both written and spoken English, Residency on the Anatolian side of Istanbul is highly preferred.
