Senior Production Specialist

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, Preferably experienced in the automotive manufacturing industry, Knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies, Quality-oriented mindset with knowledge of automotive quality standards, problem-solving methodologies, Experience in KPI analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting, Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferred, Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good command of English. Key Responsibilities Monitor, analyze, and regularly report production performance indicators (KPIs), Analyze production losses, downtime, scrap, and rework rates, and lead improvement initiatives, Plan and implement Kaizen, E-Matrix, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing activities, Conduct layout improvement studies to enhance production efficiency, Support production planning by analyzing customer demand and production requirements, Maintain and ensure the accuracy of production documentation, including work instructions, operation sheets, and PFMEA, Monitor the effectiveness of Poka-Yoke systems and drive initiatives to improve product quality, Support Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) activities, including risk assessments, near-miss reporting, accident investigations, and OHS training, Take an active role in investment projects and continuous process improvement initiatives, Support the planning and delivery of technical training programs for blue-collar employees to enhance competency and multi-skilling, Maintain and monitor QDMS documentation and management system requirements, Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures related to Quality, Environment, Energy, and Occupational Health & Safety.
