As we continue to expand our global ERP practice, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work on implementation and rollout projects, helping customers optimize their supply chain processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations while collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful business solutions., Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end functional consultancy in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management projects. Participate in implementation, rollout, and optimization projects across SCM modules. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions. Configure and optimize Supply Chain Management modules, including: • Procurement & Purchasing • Warehouse Management (WMS) • Inventory Management • Sales Order Management • Logistics & Distribution • Production and Demand Planning (preferred) Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Prepare functional specifications, project documentation, and user guides aligned with project methodologies Conduct user training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinate go-live activities and provide post go-live stabilization support Work closely with development teams to define and validate customization requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), with a focus on Supply Chain Management Proven experience in ERP implementation, rollout, and support projects Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and business process analysis Hands-on experience with: • Warehouse Management (WMS) • Inventory Management • Procurement & Purchasing • Sales Order Management Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process optimization skills Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus Fluent English, both written and spoken
