GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing or Analytics Preferably experienced with Microsoft Fabric , including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and OneLake Strong experience in Power BI , including data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M) and dashboard development Advanced knowledge of SQL , with experience writing and optimizing complex queries Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Available to work at our Istanbul Levent Headquarters until January 2027 and at our new office in Gebze, Kocaeli starting from January 2027. JOB DESCRIPTION Design, develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft Fabric , including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory and OneLake components Develop interactive dashboards, reports and KPI visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI and reporting solutions Design and maintain efficient data models to support reporting and analytics, Develop, optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures and database objects for reporting and analytical workloads Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable, accurate and timely data integration Optimize Power BI datasets, semantic models, DAX measures and report performance Collaborate closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve BI solutions to ensure scalability, reliability and performance Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Microsoft data platform best practices and emerging technologies.
