Reservations Agent

Role Description The Reservations Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul. The Reservations Agent will handle incoming calls and messages, process reservation requests, modify and cancel bookings, and provide accurate information about travel services, itineraries, and pricing. This role includes managing reservation systems, updating customer records, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and resolving issues related to bookings. The Reservations Agent will welcome visitors, perform basic receptionist duties, and ensure a professional, courteous experience for all customers. Consistent, clear communication and attention to detail are essential to maintaining high service standards and supporting daily operations. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a courteous, professional manner. Proficiency in reservations and booking processes, including using reservation systems and updating travel details accurately. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling incoming calls, messages, and customer interactions. Experience with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, managing front desk tasks, and coordinating appointments. Good written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages, especially Turkish, are an advantage. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software and reservation platforms. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
