Jr. Fashion Designer (Bomonti-On-site)

The Junior Designer will support the development of menswear & womenswear collections, working closely with senior design leadership. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full design lifecycle, from research and concept creation to sample development and final collection execution. As part of its expansion and investment in new brands, they are looking to strengthen its design team with a Junior Designer. Description Conduct trend, color, and fabric research; support moodboard preparation Assist Senior/Head Designers in developing seasonal menswear collections Create technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and CAD tools Support the preparation of technical packs (tech packs) Participate in sample development and fitting processes; track revisions Coordinate with suppliers and production teams when needed Provide operational support throughout the collection development process Profile Degree in Fashion Design or a related field 1-3 years of experience or strong internship background Passion for fashion and a strong sense of trends, style, and color Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and preferably CAD tools Strong attentionn to detail and willingness to learn Team player with good communication skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment Job Offer Opportunities to work in a creative and innovative fashion environment.
