About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong financial governance. What you will be doing: Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Ensure timely and accurate financial closing by maintaining complete and reliable records and coordinating outsources. Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing platforms) to support automation and scalability. Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts based on current trends and business objectives. Update forecasts with actual performance data to support management decision-making. Coordinate year-end financial reporting and consolidation, and respond to inquiries from Group auditors. Manage subscription revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15 and SaaS-specific accounting standards. Monitor deferred revenue and ensure accurate forecasting aligned with contract terms. Support pricing strategies and margin analysis for software products and services. Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align financial planning with business goals. Ensure full compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Manage, forecast, and report on cash flow to maintain financial health and liquidity. Review aging reports and proactively follow up with customers and sales teams to ensure timely collections. Partner with internal and external stakeholders on strategic business initiatives. Provide support to the Financial Director in various financial and operational matters. Prepare financial presentations for investors or board meetings when required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
