Supplier Quality Executive

Our client is a global engineering company. Responsibilities Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards, Manage Quality control procedure on a day-to-day basis and serve as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution and continuous improvement, Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings, Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, 5+ years' relevant work experience, Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical skills and proactivity, Excellent communication skills both in English & Turkish.
