Finance Specialist

We are looking for a " Finance Specialist" for our global client, a leading manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical components, located in Umraniye, Istanbul. Role Summary/Purpose The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, supporting financial reporting activities, and contributing to financial analysis. Working closely with the Finance and Accounting teams, the role will ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time while collaborating with international teams on reporting activities. In addition, the position will contribute to process improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency through the effective use of ERP systems. Essential Responsibilities Manage and monitor the company's accounts receivable processes through the ERP system. Analyze customer accounts and accounts receivable on a regular basis. Communicate with customers regarding collection-related matters when necessary. Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and contribute to process optimization initiatives. Prepare monthly financial reports and share them with the relevant international teams. Analyze income statement and balance sheet data to support financial reporting activities. Collaborate closely with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Collection Management, or Financial Reporting. Good understanding of financial statements, including the Income Statement and Balance Sheet. Minimum B2 level of English proficiency. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. SAP knowledge is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
