# QA Laboratory Senior Analyst | Veterinarian- Elazig

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the QA Laboratory team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of analyses Provide technical guidance to laboratory analysts and technicians, including coaching and training on testing methods and laboratory practices Monitor laboratory performance and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and support development plans for the team Coordinate investigations related to deviations, out-of-specification results and non-conformities; lead root cause analysis and CAPA processes Support the development, validation and implementation of analytical methods and laboratory technologies Ensure compliance with quality systems, food safety standards, ISO requirements, procedures and regulatory requirements Support internal and external audits and ensure laboratory readiness for inspections Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency, quality and turnaround times Coordinate with Production and other relevant functions and provide technical support to affiliated laboratories when needed What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience, including experience in laboratory coordination, technical leadership or quality systems Knowledge of laboratory operations, analytical methods and troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of ISO standards, accreditation requirements, quality systems and regulatory compliance Good command of MS Office Intermediate level of English Willingness to travel when required Living in Elazig or willing to relocate to Elazig What competencies are key to this role?
