We are looking for a highly qualified Finance Manage r to join Erciyas Holding with the following qualifications Qualifications & Skills We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields, Professional experience starting in banking, followed by 10–16 years of solid real sector finance experience, Strong background in import/export financing (LC, documentary collection, cash against documents, etc Hands-on experience with discounting, factoring, forfaiting, and alternative financing techniques, Proven experience managing domestic and international payment operations, Demonstrated experience in leading and developing finance teams, Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting, Ability to manage relationships with banks and financial institutions effectively, Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, Fluent in English (written and spoken), Strong analytical mindset, advanced reporting skills, and effective communication abilities, Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and deadlines, Monitor daily cash flow, handle payment schedules, manage collections and bank transactions, Conduct and manage all financing processes related to import/export operations (letters of credit, FX transactions, currency risk management), Utilize discounting, factoring, forfaiting, and other alternative financing methods to optimize financial costs, Maintain active communication with banks; manage credit processes, negotiate commission and cost structures, Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, financial projections, and reporting processes, Analyze working capital, cash cycle, and financial risks; provide regular reports and recommendations to management, Lead, coach, and supervise the finance team; monitor performance and support professional development, Prepare necessary financial documentation for internal/external audits and coordinate audits as required, Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial regulations.
