We are looking for a “Senior Finance Specialist” to join the Finance Team at Kalyon Construction Headquarters, one of our holding group companies. General Qualifications • Graduated from relevant departments of economics and administrative sciences faculties of universities, • At least 5 years of experience in the field, • At least 3 years of experience in finance, banking operations, and cash flow management, • Preferably SAP user and advanced Excel skills, • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, • Able to cope with stress and adapt to flexible working hours, • Strong reporting and presentation skills, • Successful in work and time management, • Proficient in English, • Able to use MS Office programs effectively, • Male candidates must have completed their military service. Job Description • Execution of daily banking and financial transactions, • Preparation of financial reports and financial statements, • Monitoring of invoicing and collection processes, • Control of checks, promissory notes, cash, and cash register transactions, • Preparation and monitoring of budget and cash flow statements for companies and projects, • Executing supplier payment processes; creating weekly/monthly payment plans, • Checking bank statements and related transactions, • Regularly monitoring current accounts, • Following changes in financial legislation, • Maintaining and developing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
