Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Junior Export Sales role based in Istanbul. The Junior Export Sales team member will support international sales activities by identifying potential markets, assisting with export documentation, and coordinating with distributors and partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of orders and shipments. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing, product information, and logistics to ensure smooth export operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and motivated to contribute to Kinder Clean’s global growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international partners. Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze new regions, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Candidates should possess Export-related skills, such as understanding basic export procedures, documentation, and regulations. Candidates should possess International Sales and Sales skills to support lead generation, follow up with customers, and assist in closing deals. Relevant qualifications such as a degree or ongoing studies in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage for communicating with global partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are desirable.
