Voice Data Quality Reviewer

About us: VoiceData, supplies consented conversational voice data to speech AI companies that use it to train their models. The quality of that data is everything — and that's the job. What you'll do: • Listen to incoming voice recordings and approve or reject them based on our quality criteria • Review recordings in both Turkish and English • Catch issues like poor audio quality, background noise, unclear speech, or recordings that don't meet spec • Work through review queues consistently and accurately, every day • Keep a clean daily log of how many recordings you reviewed and your decisions • Flag edge cases and help us refine the quality guidelines over time You're a fit if you: • Have a sharp ear and strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss • Are consistent and disciplined with repetitive review work without losing accuracy • Are fluent in both Turkish and English, and can judge the quality and clarity of speech in both • Are reliable, self-managing, and comfortable in a remote, fast-moving startup Nice to have: • Experience with data annotation, transcription, QA, or audio work Details: • Full-time: 6 days/week, 40 hours/week, fully remote • Compensation: 1,600 USD per month (10 USD per hour), paid by direct bank transfer • The role starts with a one-week paid pilot. The first week is fully paid, and continuing beyond it depends on performance during the pilot. Strong performers continue full-time, long-term.
