Payroll & HR Operations Executive – Tuzla

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Operations Executive for our leading business partner. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration, Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and Social Security legislation, Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll management, Strong knowledge of personnel administration and statutory HR processes, Good command of MS Office applications; experience with HR and payroll systems is a plus, Upper-intermediate level of English (B2), Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Job Description Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor legislation, Managing personnel administration, employee records and all employment-related documentation, Managing Social Security (SGK) notifications and related statutory processes, Ensuring compliance with payroll-related legal requirements and deadlines, Supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and other HR operations when required, Supporting HR reporting, employee relations and other HR-related projects, Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits and personnel matters.
