Key Account Operation Manager

Job Description Planning, managing, and coordinating the sponsor company’s operations end-to-end, Maintaining regular communication with sponsors and managing meeting and reporting processes, Conducting operational budget planning, cost control, and financial tracking, Improving operational processes and increasing efficiency and quality standards, Managing operation-related teams and monitoring their performance, Providing regular reports to senior management. Qualifications Preferably has managerial experience in healthcare, clinical research, or similar operational structures, Experienced in operations management, budgeting, and financial processes, Competent in sponsor management and stakeholder communication, Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities, High leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, Advanced communication and representation abilities, Proficient in MS Office applications, Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Having experience as a Site Coordinator or CRA (Clinical Research Associate).
