Long Term Trainee - Employee Experience and Internal Communication

We are looking for a long-term trainee to join our Employee Experience and Internal Communication Team. Let’s develop your future together, where you can grow and inspire others. What are we looking for? The role requires commitment for 3 days per week, with 1 day in the office as part of our hybrid work model. We expect candidates to be in their final year of study, ideally with a keen interest in pursuing a career in Employee Experience, Internal Communication, or related fields such as Marketing or Human Resources. Previous internship experience in an agency or involvement in university student clubs is a plus. What will you do? Track and update event participation and provide operational support. Communicate directly with employees to manage event participation and information-sharing processes. Coordinate the production and distribution of branded materials for the company. Participate in on-site internal communication events and oversee on-the-ground processes. Assist in the preparation of corporate presentations. Contribute to the creation of internal communication content. Research to monitor industry trends and follow up on similar initiatives and innovations in other companies.
