We are looking for a " Gas & Steam Turbines Manager " to be assigned to our “Operational Excellence” department located in İstanbul HQ WHAT DO WE EXPECT? Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Having at least 10 years of experience in the design, testing or field operation of Gas and Steam Turbines, Knowledge of operation and automation/protection systems, fluid mechanics and combustion principles, Familiar with machine monitoring and performance analysis software, Possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving technical problems Experienced in creating clear, precise and comprehensive reports, Having the ability to work independently when necessary, excellent communication and team management competencies, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, Proficient in the use of MS Office programs and SAP, Advanced (C1) level knowledge of written and spoken English, No obstacle to international travel WHAT AWAITS YOU? Investigating, managing and resolving relevant complex technical and operational issues at our power plants. Providing technical and operational support for troubleshooting and troubleshooting of Gas and Steam Turbines. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. Provide on-site troubleshooting and conduct field surveys. Reviewing technical documentation, including maintenance manuals and manufacturer bulletins. Collecting and analyzing feedback from the field to identify trends and issues. Suggest improvements to increase product performance and reliability. Managing engineering projects related to piston engines, including developments, improvements and new installations. Ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and comply with budget and quality standards. Staying current on industry standards, regulations and developments in turbine technology.
