Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, Gecko Out, Drop Away , all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release. About the Role We’re forming a small, high-ownership internal game studio at Rollic. This Pod will create and grow games end to end; from early ideas and prototypes to launch and live operations. We’re looking for people who want more than just executing tasks: people who care about the game they build, enjoy being part of key decisions, and are excited to grow a product over time. If you’re motivated by autonomy, real impact, and true product ownership, this Pod is built for you.
