About the Team & Position The Client Services team bridges creators and advertisers, delivering campaigns across Instagram, YouTube & TikTok, and beyond. We translate marketing challenges into creator-led experiences that move metrics and culture alike. In this account management role, you will run influencer marketing operations for one of our major brand partners end to end: serving as their day-to-day contact, scoping and launching multi-platform campaigns, briefing creators, and turning performance data into actionable insights. A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing is required. Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day contact for brand stakeholders and creator talent. Scope, launch, and optimize multi-platform campaigns from concept through reporting. Brief creators, align deliverables, and maintain impeccable communication. Track performance data and deliver actionable insights to partners. Ensure satisfaction across brands, creators, and their audiences. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, managing accounts or campaigns within an agency or creator network (required). Fluent Turkish and professional English communication. Comfort with data-driven storytelling and presentation decks. Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. On-site availability in Vadistanbul.
