We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Playable Ads Developer to join our growth marketing and production pipeline. You will be responsible for creating highly engaging, interactive, and optimized playable advertisements that drive user acquisition for our casual and puzzle game portfolio. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and optimize high-quality interactive playable ads from concept to final deployment. Ad Network Integration: Ensure all playable assets comply with the technical requirements of major ad networks (AppLovin, Unity Ads, IronSource, Google, Meta, etc.) and fit into a single, lightweight HTML5 file. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the User Acquisition (UA) team, Game Designers, and 2D/3D Artists to turn core game mechanics into addictive, 30-second bite-sized ad experiences. A/B Testing & Optimization: Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, IR) alongside the UA team to iterate, optimize, and re-engineer playables for maximum conversion. Performance Tuning: Optimize assets (code, animations, audio) for ultra-fast loading times and smooth performance across a wide range of mobile devices. Requirements Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Three.js or Cocos Creator. Playable Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience specifically developing playable ads or lightweight HTML5 mobile games. Creative Mindset: A solid understanding of mobile game mechanics, user psychology, and what makes a casual/puzzle game "clickable" and engaging within the first 3 seconds. Experience collaborating with designers or independently implementing polished UI/UX solutions within playable ad constraints.
