Founding Designer

Founding Designer Arc Studio Location: Remote (Preferred overlap with US time zones) Arc Studio is a product design studio working with some of the fastest growing startups in the world. Over the past year, we've generated over $125K in revenue and partnered with 10+ YC companies, including AgentMail (YC S25), Sim, Orchid, and others. We help ambitious founders build products and brands that stand out. We're hiring our first full time designer to join us as our Founding Designer. This is an opportunity to work directly with founders of high growth startups, shape the future of Arc Studio, and have significant ownership over the design process from day one. What you'll do  Design world class websites, product interfaces, and brand identities. Own projects from initial concept to final delivery. Collaborate directly with startup founders and internal teams. Build scalable design systems and high quality UI. Help shape our design culture and standards as the company grows. What we're looking for Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design. High attention to detail and taste. Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality. Strong Figma skills.
