Business Applications Analyst & Developer We are seeking an experienced Business Applications Analyst & Developer to support the digital transformation initiatives of Kazancı Holding and its group companies. This role combines business analysis and software development responsibilities, focusing on the design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of workflow, document management, and enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), workflow automation, enterprise application development, and system integrations , while acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, document management requirements, and workflow needs across Kazancı Holding and its group companies. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state solutions. Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise workflow and document management solutions on platforms such as PaperWork, QDMS, M-Files, and similar BPM/ECM technologies . Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions. Support the digital transformation of procurement, human resources, legal, quality management, operations, and corporate services processes. Design and implement integrations between BPM and ECM platforms and enterprise systems, including SAP, ERP, HR systems, Active Directory, e-Signature, KEP, e-Government, and other business-critical applications . Drive process optimization initiatives by monitoring workflow performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement actions. Contribute to the development and governance of digital archive, enterprise document management, records management, and workflow management systems. Participate in technical analysis, solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, change management, and production support activities. Coordinate activities with vendors, consultants, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. Facilitate user acceptance testing, end-user training, documentation, and adoption activities. Support the establishment of software development standards, governance practices, and enterprise technology roadmaps. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline . Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or Digital Transformation projects . Proven experience developing and implementing solutions on PaperWork, QDMS, M-Files, or equivalent enterprise workflow and document management platforms . Strong knowledge of business process analysis, workflow modeling, BPMN, UML, use case development, process design, and business process improvement methodologies . Hands-on experience in workflow development, form development, process design, script development, and enterprise application customization . Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET technologies, and C# application development . Solid knowledge of SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and data analysis practices . Experience developing and supporting REST APIs, SOAP services, web services, and enterprise integration solutions . Strong understanding of JSON, XML, system interoperability, and enterprise integration architectures . Experience in testing, user acceptance processes, solution deployment, release management, and application lifecycle management. Knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS/EBYS), digital archive solutions, document governance, and records management practices . Familiarity with OCR technologies, intelligent document processing, and document classification solutions . Experience with e-Signature, Mobile Signature, and KEP integrations . Experience working with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar collaboration and development platforms . Knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and Azure services is preferred. Experience in the energy sector, holding structures, or large-scale multi-company organizations is an advantage. Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, BPM, or equivalent certifications are considered an asset.
