What You Will Be Doing We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract . Taking an active role in processes of recruitment, on-boarding, talent management, career management Managing end to end recruitment and talent acquisition processes Taking an active role for people & culture projects, supporting and accomplishing organizational development projects Coach and mentor managers on HR practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges and drive continuous improvement You will ideally have Bachelor degree in related fields At least 2 years of HR experience especially in similar roles Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Preferably experienced in compensation & benefit process Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and result oriented Good knowlegde of MS Office tools Min. upper intermediate level of English (both written and spoken) In return for your commitment, you can expect At Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
