IT Recruitment Intern

We are looking for an IT Recruitment Intern to support daily operational activities of our IT Customer Management team and take an active role in recruitment processes, particularly those conducted in English. The position follows a hybrid working model, and our office is located in Kartal, Istanbul. In this role, you will: • Support the team’s internal operational processes, • Support candidate sourcing for software and technology roles within recruitment processes, • Search for and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other career platforms, • Assist with CV screening and initial candidate evaluations, • Participate in phone and online interviews, including interviews conducted in English, • Support candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, • Help prepare candidate shortlists, reports, and related documentation, • Follow technology trends, projects, and commonly recruited IT roles. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who: • Are currently in their 4th year of a bachelor’s degree program, • Have a mandatory internship requirement or are eligible to have their internship insurance covered by their university, • Have a good command of both written and spoken English, • Are available to work from our Kartal office at least 3 days a week, • Can commit to an initial internship period of 2 months, with the possibility of extending it for up to 6 months based on performance, • Have a strong interest in the technology sector and IT recruitment, • Are eager to learn and develop professionally, • Have knowledge in MS Office applications, • Have strong communication, coordination, organizational, and analytical skills, • Are responsible, solution-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team.
