Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven procurement experience in hotel construction projects, preferably involving finishing materials. Strong knowledge of construction materials with a solid understanding of technical specifications. Ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers in English. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Job Description Manage the procurement processes for finishing materials used in construction projects, including ceramics, sanitary ware, lighting, furniture, textiles, and similar products. Conduct negotiations with local and international suppliers regarding price, quality, and delivery schedules. Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation), quotation comparison, evaluation, and supplier selection processes. Prepare and monitor purchase orders and procurement contracts. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective procurement planning and timely material supply. Research and evaluate alternative suppliers and products to improve procurement efficiency. Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards and monitoring project budgets.
