Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist who will play an active role in our new product development processes in line with our mid- and long-term strategic goals and manage end‑to‑end regulatory operations. Key responsibilities include: Conducting and synthesizing market research and analysis to support new product development, evaluating feasibility, and reporting findings for managerial approval. Initiating regulatory procedures for products approved for registration and approving the regulatory dossiers prepared for submission. Analyzing recommendation requests received from the field support team and reporting findings to management. Monitoring patent expirations of active ingredients, assessing off‑patent statuses, developing necessary action plans, and managing regulatory processes in line with the established registration strategy. Tracking pre‑field trials and regulatory field trials required for registration. Managing all regulatory workflows in alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or Plant Protection , Preferably good command of English , Strong knowledge of the Plant Protection Registration Regulation , Minimum 3 years of experience , Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, Team player with strong communication abilities, Completed military service (for male candidates), Residing in Gebze, Kocaeli (or willing to relocate).
