Role Description The Finance Manager role at Heating and Cooling Systems is a full-time position based in Aydın area. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role will be responsible for monitoring project costs, analyzing variances, and supporting pricing decisions for heating and cooling solutions. The Finance Manager will ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, coordinate with external auditors, and maintain accurate records. The role will also involve partnering with operations and sales teams to support strategic decisions, evaluate investments, and improve overall financial performance. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management and reconciliations. Ability to use financial and accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools effectively. Experience with cost control and project financial tracking in construction, HVAC, or related industries is an advantage. Understanding of local financial regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across finance, operations, and sales teams. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
