Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, (Food Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, etc.) Minimum 2 yearS of experience in import and export operations, Proficient in English, Advanced MS Office skills, Strong analytical thinking skills and result-oriented, Strong communication skills and a good team player, Completed military service for male candidates. JOB DESCRIPTION: Preparing and tracking all necessary documents and paperwork required for the import process, Monitoring relevant regulations to ensure compliance with operational processes, Submitting costs, customs expenses, and invoices related to import and export transactions to the Finance & Accounting department, Planning the workflow of the department and managing all communication with suppliers, Ensuring the control, reporting, and archiving of completed operations, Verifying all invoices and shipment notifications to ensure compliance with customs regulations, Maintaining active communication with both domestic and international suppliers, Planning and managing order and documentation processes with international suppliers, Determining the most suitable transportation and customs clearance strategies to optimize costs.
