Key Responsibilities Partner closely with product, business and operational teams to understand business problems, define key success metrics and support data-informed decision making. Perform deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, root causes, opportunities and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor business performance, product initiatives and key metrics. Build strong hypotheses, structure analytical problems independently and translate findings into clear and actionable recommendations. Discover insights that support strategic and operational decisions across business teams and management. Monitor business and product performance, identify emerging trends and investigate the underlying drivers. Ensure analytical models, queries and reporting solutions remain aligned with changing business requirements and data structures. Contribute to improving and automating recurring analytical and reporting processes. Communicate analytical findings through clear narratives, visualizations and presentations tailored to different stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related quantitative field. At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics or a similar role. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience working with relational databases and large datasets. Good understanding of statistics, analytical methodologies and KPI development. Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms. Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems. Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to work independently. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings in a clear and business-oriented way. Ability to manage multiple analytical requests and priorities in a dynamic environment. Nice to Have Experience with Python or similar analytical programming languages. Experience in fintech, payments or financial services. Experience with experimentation, A/B testing or product analytics. Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-powered tools to improve analytical productivity, such as supporting SQL development, research, documentation or insight generation. Curiosity about new analytics and AI technologies and willingness to incorporate them into day-to-day workflows where appropriate.
